Theresa Ludvigson is President and founder of Catapult Onboarding. With 15+ years of direct onboarding and employee engagement experience, she is best known for her leadership of Salesforce’s Global Onboarding team.
As Vice President of Global Onboarding and Employee Connection, the programs and processes she built helped scale Salesforce from 7,000 to 80,000 employees. One of Theresa's most notable achievements was the launch of the "Becoming Salesforce" program, which is fully dedicated to immersing employees in the culture and core values. This program has been instrumental in fostering a strong sense of belonging and alignment with
Salesforce's mission and vision.
During her tenure at Salesforce, Theresa also worked closely with the company’s M&A team to welcome and integrate 20+ company acquisitions including Slack, Tableau, Mulesoft and Heroku. As a notable thought leader in this space, she's been a keynote and guest speaker at events such as Onboarding 2025, Dreamforce, Ragan Communications, Enterprise Alumni and Beyond Barriers.
Her passion for creating magical moments throughout the employee lifecycle increased her scope at the company to later include ownership of the Koa Club program for tenured employees and the Salesforce Alumni Network which currently boasts 12,000+ members. Theresa’s passion for people is also captured during her time as host of The Salesforce Spotlight Series podcast.
Prior to Catapult, Theresa was the Senior Vice President of People at Qualified. She led their people experience strategy, which included talent acquisition, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, total rewards, HR operations, HR technology
and employee relations.
Theresa holds degrees in Journalism and Ethnic Studies from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her two sons.
